Winston A. Wardlaw, a Washington, D.C. native, embarked on a transformative journey at 13 after being diagnosed with ulcerative colitis. This journey led him to spend years observing masters of conventional and ancient healing arts and gain lived opportunities to apply profound life lessons. Winston has spoken on the National Mall as the Honored Hero for the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation, worked at the National Institutes of Health and in Silicon Valley, and co-founded Muscle N Bone. He recently wrote the book Harmony and Light: 10 Meditations for a Peaceful and Purposeful Life. A graduate of North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University with a B.S. in Food and Nutritional Sciences and a minor in Biology, he's now pursuing a professional doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine at Yo San University. Winston’s goals are to consistently practice the 10 Meditations and help create a world that reflects greater harmony and light.
