Winston A. Wardlaw is a Washington, D.C. native who began a health journey at age 13 after a diagnosis of ulcerative colitis, inspiring him to study both modern and traditional medicine. He is the author of Harmony and Light: 10 Meditations for a Peaceful and Purposeful Life, has spoken on the National Mall as the Honored Hero for the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation, contributed to research at the National Institutes of Health, and co‑founded the media company Muscle N Bone. A graduate of North Carolina A&T State University with a B.S. in Food and Nutritional Sciences and a minor in Biology, he is now pursuing a professional doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine at Yo San University. Winston’s goals are to consistently practice the 10 Meditations and help create a world that reflects greater harmony and light.
